You also need to measure the circumference of your skull at the widest point in order to choose the right size collar.

Measuring instructions Easy Go Harness
- Make sure your dog is relaxed and calm.
- Place four fingers on the end of your dog's shoulder.
This point serves as an orientation for the measurement. - At the point where your four fingers end, you can measure the circumference of your dog's chest. Make sure that the tape measure is close to your dog's body but does not constrict it.
- When selecting the harness size, orientate yourself primarily on the measured chest circumference. This is the decisive factor for the fit of the harness.

Shipping information
Orders received from Monday to Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. This does not apply to pre-orders and unpaid orders. Orders received after 12:00 will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that for some countries outside the EU, additional customs and import duties may apply, especially for Switzerland.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you have the right to cancel products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Exceptions are errors on our part - in this case we will provide a free return label.
