To keep your bowls looking like new for a long time, they are designed to be particularly easy to clean. The food-safe stainless steel is rustproof and can be easily cleaned by hand with warm water and mild washing-up liquid. A damp cloth is sufficient for quick cleaning in between. The non-slip rubber ring on the base can also be easily wiped clean. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or cleaning in the dishwasher in order to protect the material. With these simple care instructions, the bowls remain hygienic, durable and always ready for use.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday to Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

📦 Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouse is located in Germany. Therefore, shipping to Switzerland is an import from abroad. For you as a customer, this means that import fees may apply in addition to the purchase price. These are made up of

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %),
  
• Swiss customs handling fee (this varies depending on the delivery service).
  

Unfortunately, we currently have no way of paying these charges in advance or avoiding them. They are charged directly by Swiss Post or the shipping service provider upon delivery.

We ask for your understanding and recommend that you take these additional costs into account when placing your order.
