The Collar is made of three layers of robust nylon, which provides your dog with a good fit and support. The inner lining of the collar consists of two layers of particularly soft foam and neoprene. Neoprene is a high-quality and hygienic material that protects your dog's neck area from abrasions and friction. This makes it particularly suitable for dogs that walk a lot on the Leash or take part in activities such as agility or dog sports.

A special feature of the Easy Go Edition pull-stop collar is the pull-stop mechanism, which consists of two D-rings made of rust- and nickel-free hard aluminium. This mechanism ensures that the Collar does not become too tight when your dog makes sudden pulling movements and that your dog's breathing is not impaired. This increases your dog's safety and comfort during the walk.

The Easy Go Edition pull-stop collar is also equipped with reflective strips that run around the entire Collar. These strips make your dog visible in poor visibility conditions and thus increase your dog's safety in road traffic. This dog collar is suitable for small and large dogs. The Easy Go Edition no-pull dog collar is particularly suitable for stocky dogs with broad necks, where standard collars slip over the head. For dogs with particularly sensitive necks, the collar is very comfortable and soft thanks to the three-layer material. Due to its lightness, the Easy Go Edition no-pull dog collar is suitable for every dog.

The Easy Go Edition no-pull dog collar cannot be opened, but is pulled over the dog's head. This means it can be put on and taken off quickly.

When pulling, there should be two fingers' width of space between the tightest setting and the dog's neck. In the widest setting, it should not slip too easily over the largest circumference of the dog's skull to prevent the dog from slipping out of the anti-pull dog collar.

The Easy Go Edition dog collar is suitable for normal walks and when running free without a leash.

Our Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses are made of nylon material with a neoprene inner lining. We recommend that you take Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses off at home after use. This way, the products will stay beautiful for a long time and will not be unnecessarily worn out at home.

For light soiling, we recommend washing the products for 2 minutes under lukewarm water, rubbing lightly against the soiling. You don't need any detergent, just lukewarm water and your hands.
If the Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses are very dirty, they can be washed in the washing machine in the washing bag provided on a 30°C hand wash program. Please do not use detergent for dog items (collars, dog leashes and harnesses, but also dog bed covers)! Washing soda or a little vinegar is completely sufficient. Detergent is too strongly perfumed for our dogs and is very unpleasant. Vinegar and washing soda remove bacteria and keep the color fresh for a long time.
Because of the metal details, we recommend that you also put other laundry (e.g. the dog blankets) in the wash as a kind of buffer so that your washing machine is not damaged by the metal details.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
• Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)
  

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.
