Preparation

Putting on the collar
Open the collar: Open the clasp of the collar and have it ready to put on your dog.

Positioning: Place the collar around your dog's neck and close the clasp securely. The collar should be snug, but not so tight that it restricts your dog. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:
