Winter Coat for dogs - anthracite

The Vitomalia Winter Coat has been specially developed for cold, wet and dark days - with maximum protection in temperatures down to -30 °C. It offers your dog warmth, safety and comfort in a coat that makes no compromises.

The fully reflective outer material is windproof and waterproof and ensures visibility in the dark. The inner lining and padding are also made from recycled material - a strong statement in favour of functionality and sustainability.

The insulating padding is divided into several chambers. This means that the filling stays in place even when you move, and the warmth is distributed evenly over the entire body - no slipping, no cooling down.

The fit is close to the body and can be individually adjusted: the coat can be shortened by up to 5 cm at the back, while elasticated inserts at the neck and nape ensure a perfect fit. The chest and stomach are protected by a special, particularly easy-care material - exactly where it gets dirty the quickest.

Instead of Velcro fasteners, we use robust buckles and a waterproof zip at the back. This allows you to securely attach your dog to the Harness even in heavy rain - without letting moisture in. An opening at the neck has been deliberately omitted, as the length of the back section still allows you to attach the lead to the Collar.

So ziehst Du den Wintermantel richtig an:

Anziehen des Mantels: Lege den Mantel vorsichtig über den Rücken Deines Hundes, sodass er gleichmässig sitzt und die Rückseite vollständig abdeckt. Befestige den Gurt am Bauch mit der robusten Schnalle und ziehe ihn so fest, dass der Mantel sicher sitzt, aber nicht zu eng ist. Achte darauf, dass der Mantel nicht verrutscht und gut anliegt.

Verstellen für die perfekte Passform: Passe den Kragen so an, dass er bequem am Hals Deines Hundes anliegt, ohne ihn einzuengen. Justiere die Rückenlänge mithilfe der Verstellmöglichkeiten, um die optimale Länge für Deinen Hund zu gewährleisten. Dies verhindert, dass der Mantel verrutscht und sorgt für maximalen Komfort.

Anleinen: Öffne den wasserfesten Reissverschluss am Rücken, um das Hundegeschirr durch den Reissverschluss zu befestigen. Schließe den Reissverschluss sorgfältig, damit kein Wasser oder Schnee eindringen kann und der Mantel fest sitzt.

Überprüfung und Anpassung: Überprüfe regelmäßig, ob der Mantel gut sitzt und keine Abnutzungserscheinungen zeigt. Falls nötig, nimm Anpassungen vor, um sicherzustellen, dass Dein Hund stets optimal geschützt und komfortabel unterwegs ist.

Damit Dein Wintermantel lange hält, beachte bitte folgende Pflegehinweise:

Reinigung: Der Mantel kann bei niedriger Temperatur (max. 30°C) in der Maschine gewaschen werden. Verwende ein mildes Waschmittel und vermeide Bleichmittel oder aggressive Reinigungsmittel. Alternativ kannst Du den Mantel auch von Hand waschen, indem Du ihn in lauwarmem Wasser mit mildem Reinigungsmittel sanft abreibst.

Trocknung: Lass den Mantel an der Luft trocknen und vermeide direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, um das Material und die Farben zu schonen. Hänge den Mantel zum Trocknen auf und verzichte auf den Trockner, da hohe Temperaturen die Materialien und die reflektierenden Eigenschaften schädigen könnten.

Pflege und Wartung: Überprüfe den Mantel regelmäßig auf Abnutzungserscheinungen, insbesondere an den Reissverschlüssen und Gurtverschlüssen. Repariere Schäden umgehend, um die Langlebigkeit des Produkts zu gewährleisten. Reinige die Neopren-Seiten bei Bedarf mit einem feuchten Tuch, um Schmutz zu entfernen und den Komfort zu erhalten.

Lagerung: Bewahre den Mantel an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort auf, wenn er nicht in Gebrauch ist. Vermeide feuchte oder stark beheizte Räume, um das Material in gutem Zustand zu halten.
